What if the Ketamine treatment does not work or I do not like my experience?

Based on the vast clinical research, it is unlikely that the treatment will not work and negative experiences with Ketamine are rare, King Health Associates recognizes that there may be cases when the treatment does not produce expected results and/or desired experiences. In either case, King Health Associates will not be held liable, nor will the client be refunded for the services in which they received.

More specifically, in an emergency situation, Lorazepam may be administered by the Registered Nurse on site (which will be clearly outline to the client during the informed consent process prior to treatment). In this case, the Lorazepam will reverse the effect of the Ketamine drug; however, the client will not be issued a refund due to the nature of their experience.

In any case, after the Ketamine has been administered, the client will not be issued a refund. There are little-to-no exceptions to this policy.
