King Health Associates wants to accommodate the financial needs of our clients in-order to provide treatment options for a range of people and avoid financial limitations as much as possible. Because of this, King Health Associates have set up three payment plan options, which clients can elect into during the initial intake process.
It is important to know that if a client elects to use a payment plan, they will be required to pay the 10% administrative fee at the time of scheduling to secure their spot. This is a non-refundable fee and will be applied to the total amount due. A card on file will be required and payment will be collected automatically based on the payment plan selected.
King Health Associates policies regarding negligent account balances will apply.
