If you cancel within 24-hours of your appointment, arrive over 10 minutes late or do not arrive to your appointment at all, you will be responsible for the Ketamine treatment no show/late cancel fee. Your card will automatically be charged for the appropriate fee. If you have more than one missed appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your treatment cycle. There will not be any fees associated with cancellations due to sickness.
We make few exceptions to this policy, as it is in your best interest for long-lasting results. If your attestation to the charge occurs outside of the 48-hour window, your card will automatically be charged and we will not issue a refund. Excessive no shows/late cancels, despite the reason, may be subject to discharge from King Health Associates.
