Yes, providing you are at least 13 or older. Children in Washington State, aged 13 and older, may make independent decisions regarding their mental health. Providing you have signed your own consent to treat, you may choose to share your health records with your parents, or not. You may also block your parents’ access to your mental health treatment. The specific law states;

Minors may receive outpatient mental health treatment if they are 13 years of age or older without the consent of a parent or guardian. The parents will not be notified without minor consent. RCW 71.34.530.
