Who do I ask for support with the client portal?

Our client portal is a service provided by Charm Health, an EHR provider that a great many healthcare providers use. Your client portal account is not part of our system but is actually your own separate account that you have within the Charm Health system, and where you may have more than one healthcare practice connected to your account. This is a benefit to you to have your healthcare appointments and data in one place.

TROUBLESHOOTING
We have no access to your portal account beyond requesting initial registration. If you are having issues with your Charm portal account then you will need to contact Charm Support directly as we are not able to troubleshoot your personal account. They have an easy online chat feature, found on their main page htttps://charmhealth.com, as well as support numbers to call 855-571-5557 if you are in need of help.
