What If I want to cancel?

Cancellations should be done by calling, texting, or emailing your provider or admin staff and requesting the cancellation. If you are unable to connect with a live person over the phone, please be sure to leave a message with your details and the appointment you wish to cancel. 

We require over 24 hours' notice of cancellation unless you are ill or have an emergency (a work schedule change or childcare change does not constitute an emergency). Canceling within 24 hours will result in a late cancellation fee as described in our practice policies.  Frequent cancellations may result in services being limited or terminated.
