Beyond information about your medical health record available via the online portal, copies of your session notes can be made available to you only with your provider's approval and associated fee payment (as defined by Washington Administrative Code § 246-08-400), per current rate sheet (available online in our knowledge-base https://knowledgebase.kinghealthassoc.com or from admin staff). Copies may take up to five business days to produce and will be available for pickup at our offices.
