No pets are not allowed (emotional support animals are considered pets by the ADA) in our offices or waiting areas. We do allow officially trained service animals for the physically disabled, as per ADA requirements. Note that emotional support animals are not defined as service animals unless they also have official service animal training to perform a specific task that the owner is unable to perform themselves due to a physical disability.
