Do not bring children to your appointments unless the appointment is for the child or is a family session. Do not leave children unattended in the waiting room. You may be asked to leave and will miss your appointment and will need to pay a no-show fee if you do so.
If you are accompanying a child to their session as their parent or legal guardian, please ensure that the child observes clinic rules and does not engage in any activity that may cause damage, such as climbing on furniture, playing with displays, or marking walls. If you are unable to fully ensure that your child does not cause damage or disruption to other clients or staff, you will be asked to leave and they will miss their appointment and you will be responsible for their no-show fee.
