Delayed Appointments

If your provider is running late, please be courteous and wait for them to become available. If your provider has not attended to you and more than 15 minutes has passed beyond your appointment time then please contact admin staff to let them know, or if no staff are available, complete a client feedback note and place it in the box provided. We apologize for the inconvenience, but occasionally we do need to respond to emergent situations that cause unexpected delays. You will not be charged a no-show fee under such circumstances.
