No-Show

If you do not arrive your provider’s office (or appear on-screen for telehealth sessions) prior to or at your appointment time, and we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your session start time, the session will be deemed a no-show, for which you will be charged the standard no-show fee. Insurance does not reimburse for missed sessions or partial sessions. If you proceed with a partial session you will be fully responsible for the session fee, payable at current self-pay rates, if the appointment is subsequently found to be non-reimbursable via your insurance plan.
