Your provider will advise you all known risks involved, both generally and with each specific procedure and/or prescribed drug, and will answer any questions you may have regarding your concerns. As part of your intake you will be asked to review and sign paperwork to acknowledge you fully understand the treatment expectations and any potential risks involved. Unexpected complications during treatment due to unusual, unrevealed or unknown medical issues can occur and may potentially be severe. We encourage you to fully research if the treatment is right for you, discussing any questions arising with your provider (including obtaining a second medical opinion if you feel it is necessary), to determine if the benefits gained are worth the potential risks involved.
