How should I communicate with my provider?

Please use secure messaging via the portal, or leave a confidential voicemail message at their extension, to contact your provider between sessions for non-emergent communication. Providers check both secure messages and voicemail on a regular basis but please be aware that providers will hold their response to your message until they can address it during your next working session together. If for some reason you do not receive a response from your provider within five business days please contact admin staff.

Note that email is not a secure mode of communication and we ask that if you must email that you limit detailed or clinical information as much as possible.
